There are complaints on third party websites that are reportedly pretending to be the official ETA site of the Department of Immigration & Emigration. They are receiving ETA applications of visiting foreign nationals charging amounts as visa fees. Travelers to Sri Lanka have been misled by websites that scam them into paying exorbitant fees for Sri Lankan ETA visa. In this regard, all visiting foreign nationals urge to apply ETA only through the links of the official ETA are as follows :
